Our basic rules

Contract and Details

The hotel rooms will be available from 15:00 p.m on the arrival day.
At departure day you have to leave until 11:30 a.m. In case of later departures we would be obligated to charge you any additional night(s).

 

The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room (s) have been reserved and confirmed. In case of later cancellation or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Requests for a specific room type cannot be guaranteed  because they are subject to availability.

 

For arrangements and special events our prices are based on payment methods as cash payment or with Eurocheque card. Credit cards are accepted only for the payment of daily fees in the hotel and restaurant.

 

Animals are not allowed.

Wake-up calls are not guaranteed by the hotel. Our prices include the German "Mehrwertsteuer" (= VAT, Value Added Tax).

All previous price lists herewith become invalid.
